We're committed to making your dream of owning a prefabricated Frank Made home a reality. Our easy process ensures a hassle-free experience. We’ve been in this game for a while, here’s what your journey with us works:

  • The journey begins with a coffee and a conversation. Reach out to us to discuss your project, your vision, and your requirements. We're here to listen and guide you every step of the way.

  • We offer five superbly designed homes to choose from. We help you decide on your requirements and make a choice that suits you best.

  • Once we understand your needs, we will visit your site to make sure it is suitable for your Frank Made home. At this point we’ll let you know if there are any planning or special council requirements that need to be worked through.

  • Once we’ve been to your section we can confirm pricing, tailored to your selected Frank Made home.

  • We’ll help you to lodge consents and make sure all the boxes are ticked before we start to build your home in our factory. We will also provide you with an agreement to build (contract) that outlines our responsibilities, and yours.

  • We will build your prefabricated home in our state-of-art factory in Omahi Street, Waikanae. Depending on the number of homes we are building your home will take between two and three months to build before we transport the panels to your section to create your home.

  • We will ensure that the local council is involved throughout the process and we will also organise the final inspection and building certificate / code of compliance.

  • Our process is designed to keep you informed, involved, and excited about the journey of turning your dream home into reality.
